"Despite more than 500 anti-LGBTQ bills introduced across the U.S. this past legislative session and threats of violence against LGBTQ people and families, the number of LGBTQ Americans continues to grow. In the latest polling from Gallup, LGBTQ people make up 9.3% of US adults and 23.1% of Gen Z. Across entertainment, where GLAAD is a creative partner and resource, LGBTQ stories continue to lead and grow, while supermajorities of Americans continue to support LGBTQ people and our right to live free from fear."
