Steps to diagnose access problems related to University Libraries' online systems

To diagnose access problems related to University Libraries' online systems, try these steps. It helps to work through these suggestions in order, as later options build on previous ones. Note that these instructions are for current students, faculty, and staff with active university accounts.

Step 2 You are off-campus and can't access library systems. Not logged into library proxy for off-campus access Log in via the Off Campus Sign-In (Proxy).

Step 5 You cannot view (or are being asked to pay to view) a linked resource. Bad link Links in some search systems may be less up-to-date than in others. Try using the Online Journals List to search or browse the OSU Library Catalog for the book, article, or resource you want.
