Congresswoman Omar is a member of the House Budget Committee, the House Education and Workforce Committee, the Subcommittee on Workforce Protections and Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor, Pensions (HELP). She is the Deputy Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and Vice Chair of Medicare For All Caucus. She is a member of the LGBT Equality Caucus, Congressional Black Caucus, Women's Caucus, Pro-Choice Caucus, Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, Diabetes Caucus, CBC Taskforce on Black Youth Suicide and Mental Health.
