Settings

The default setting is that when a user selects a filter, it will automatically be applied after a few seconds. If you don't like this, you can change the setting to Manually Apply the Filters. This means that you can click as many filters as you like and take more than a few seconds to look between filter selections, you just then have to remember to hit apply!

Check out the video below to see what the difference in these settings looks like in real time:

Are there filters that you always use? Or filters that you'll never use? You can customize the order and filters available on substance, references, reactions, or suppliers results pages.

Once you select edit on the desired subject, you have the ability to drag filters so that they don't appear at all, as well as customize the order. Don't worry, you can always reset to the default if you want!

If I were a regulatory professional, I may consider moving the regulatory associated filters to the top so they are the first thing I see:

Customize substance filters menu that shows included filters and unused filters. Each one has four little dots that you can drag around.
